Tiffany Modell

Tiffany Modell has held professional titles of Concertmaster of the Virginia Opera Orchestra, Assistant Concertmaster and Soloist of the Virginia Symphony, and First Violinist of the Kansas City Symphony. She has held teaching positions at California Institute of Music, International Music Festival – Saluzzo, San Diego Conservatory of Music, and Katy Unified School District, Texas. Music festivals include Virginia Waterfront Festival, and Garth Newel Festival, Aspen Music Festival, National Repertory Orchestra, and National Orchestral Institute. Ms. Modell did her collegiate studies at The Juilliard School and Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She graduated summa cum laude in 1994 with her Bachelors of Music and went on to complete a Masters of Music from Rice University. She has studied with such world-renowned soloists and pedagogues as: Sergiu Luca, Dorothy DeLay, and Kurt Sassmannshaus. As a young artist living in San Diego she received training from Michael & Irena Tseitlin, directors of the California Institute of Music.
